Data we collect on the website

Recipients & Subcontractors

Access restricted to Betterfly teams (communication, sales, technical) according to **least privilege**. We use **service providers** (hosting, emailing, forms, analytics). They are contractually bound to confidentiality and security. The updated list can be provided upon request.

**International transfers:** if data is hosted/accessed outside Morocco/EU, we apply **appropriate safeguards** (adequate countries, EU **SCC**, additional technical measures).

Retention Periods

• **Contact/demo requests:** 24 months after last exchange (excluding commercial relationship).

• **Newsletter:** until **consent withdrawal**.

• **Technical logs:** a few months (security/diagnostics), except legal obligations.

• **Cookies:** duration indicated in consent manager (max. **13 months** for consent-based cookies), then new collection.
